Biography
Born in the United Kingdom, I currently reside in Spain. I worked for 30 years in cinema and television in London, Manchester and Bristol (United Kindgom). Also in San Francisco (USA) and Berlin (Germany).
My formal art training began in 1978 when I did a foundation course at the Shrewsbury school of Art. This course helps you decide which art field is best suited to you, I chose Fine Art. I gained my Bachelor Of Arts degree in Wolverhampton, which I attended from 1979 to 1983.
However my work in stopmotion animation helped to gain confidence in making my own work, plus I worked in the theatre which influenced my work a great deal.
I worked in television series and commercials. Some outstanding films I worked on are:
James and the Giant Peach, The Attack of Mars, Chicken Run, The Sandman and The Corpse Bride.
Now I enjoy producing my own Art in Lecuona-Creation Workshop (Altea).
